Consistently ranked top of the marketing industry's league tables, hugely well respected, strategic and creative, packed with people who are truly passionate about what they do, and part of a global ATL and BTL agency network....

If you're a seasoned Account Director with a proven track record with blue-chip clients, or perhaps you're more of a young gun with a year or so AD agency under your belt? Either way, this opportunity offers you the chance to join a first-class integrated agency and drive key accounts.

As a result of winning additional business with this prestigious client (already the agency's biggest account) the agency is looking to take on a 2nd Account Director on the team. The role offers a unique mix to work across B2B and B2C initiatives. From web builds and application development to digital marketing and advertising campaigns, you'll drive strategy and creative development.

As a long standing client, the agency has built a relationship based on strategic counsel and collaboration. Working alongside the GAD, you'll develop ongoing strategy, supported by a dedicated Digital Planner and Planning Director, plus a team of Project Managers. Previous team management experience will set you in good stead.

As you might expect, excellent commercial skills to manage all financial aspects of the account will be essential - from forecasting, WIPs and billing, to spotting additional revenue opportunities and proactively develop the account.

Naturally you'll ensure an outstanding degree of client service is provided at all levels.

And of course you'll fully understand the digital landscape from both an operational and communications context, and have experience developing digital as part of the wider marcoms mix. You're able to talk confidently about how technology can be used to meet your client's business needs. And as a team player, you're able to stimulate ideas and inspire clients and colleagues alike.
