Job: Head of Customer Retention, Daniel Williams Consultancy

This is a senior level position with that will offer direct impact on the growth and success of this major healthcare insurer where you will have full strategic responsibility for the customer retention programme. Leading a team of four excellent marketers, your charge will be to develop, implement and manage a customer retention strategy that drives the understanding of customers, improves customer service, and empowers the marketing plan to drive customer retention and profitability We are looking for a heavyweight candidate with a wealth of retention marketing experience. A highly experienced leader, you will be adept at setting new processes and strategies to drive retention focused marketing campaigns. Ideally from a B2C background, you will be highly customer aware, with strong man management skills. Experience within a subscription based environment, finance or healthcare would all be an advantage.
