Our client is looking for a Digital Planner with experience in turning a communications channel plan into an innovative digital media plan. Ideally, but not necessarily, with FMCG experience you will be comfortable with using industry data and planning tools to support planning rationale. You should be accomplished at managing digital accounts and your experience so far should have given you the opportunity to build understanding and expertise in the delivery of digital plans. If you have built strong relationships with either clients or media owners then all the better, but you must be strong on team collaboration and be happy to step up and be accountable for your work. You will be comfortable with data but happy to put pen to paper and ambitious to gain deeper understanding of the digital marketplace. As well as your client focus, you should be keen to help an Account Executive to fulfil their ambitions and you should be ready to partly judge your success on the development of your Exec. You should consider yourself a persuasive person; both to convince clients and other agencies of your recommendations on strategy but also because a large part of your job will be to persuade people to challenge the norms.
