Job: Account Director, Upfront Agency Recruitment

Our Client is a brand identity and design agency with an impressive track record both in terms of the client base and the standard of work produced. Clients include Foxtons, MTV, LTA, ECB, 888.com along with many many more... They boast a high client retention and have added several significant clients to our roster in the last few months.

POSITION: Account Director - Client Lead

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee (Lead) client services with view to recruiting and training new recruit/s and ultimately growing the department.
• Direct client contact - Dynamic, commercialy aware but, can engage with a client on all levels.
• Shaping processes for efficient account management
• Understand generation and farming of business.
• Creatively lead and able to drive the process.

Background:

• Possibly benefiting from a large company background and formal training, looking to expand their experience in a growth business.
• In depth understanding of branding, identity and design process (possibly with strategic bias
