Job: Senior Account Manager/Junior Account Director - High Profile Media Account - £32-37k, Red Triangle

 The account is a dynamic and commercially focused organisation which is primarily about entertainment but also offer broadband and telephony as an integral part of their services.

This account is looking for a SAM/JAD to work on the cleint's customer marketing account.  

Responsibilities would include:

• Take verbal and written briefs from client and writing of creative briefs
• Undertake key projects and campaigns as briefed by the client
• Challenge clients to ensure agency gets the best possible brief
• Build strong, effective relationships with clients
• Brief creative department as appropriate, ensuring that they understand the proposition and they are enthusiastic about the work.
• Anticipate and schedule clients' needs appropriately
• Presentation of creative concepts to client where appropriate, obtaining necessary sign of internally, and justify the thinking behind the work.
• Liaise with production department  to ensure that deadlines can be and are met.
• Management of cost estimates and invoicing on job completion.
• Identify and exploit sales opportunities, maximising profit per account.
• Become familiar with the client and its competitors so as to understand the clients businesses as thoroughly as possible, in order to promote the brand to its best advantage.
• Commercially aware
• Mentor the AM's in the team

Personal specification

• Graduate calibre with a minimum of 3/4 years agency experience.
• Solid project management experience and ability
• Excellent organisational skills
• Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.
• Enthusiastic
• Doer with a can-do attitude
• Ability to build business relationships (internal and external) 

Reports to Senior Account Director.

Salary:  £32-37k
