Marketing Assistant 

Haymarket Conferences are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Assistant to join their busy marketing team.

Our conferences attract senior figures from a wide range of industries all looking for solutions to their business issues. We are looking for a graduate-calibre candidate who will be able to grasp conference topics quickly and professionally.

You don't necessarily need a background in marketing but you do need to have:

A passion for business-to-business direct marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A good eye for detail and design
An enthusiastic and professional manner
Exceptional organisation skills to enable you to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
The role is varied and challenging with responsibilities including:

1. Budgeting & accruing costs
2. Database management
3. Online marketing including website management
4. Campaign analysis
5. Copy writing
6. Proofing

A sufficient level of office experience is necessary. However, previous marketing experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be given.
