THE ROLE Our client a leading digital player in the travel and hospitality industry is looking to recruit a new Affiliate Manager for their Barcelona office to manage the day-to-day running of their Spanish affiliate programs.

Speaking fluent English and Spanish you will be responsible for:

• Daily communications with affiliate networks and partners. • Working with local marketing & product teams to ensure affiliate partnership strategies are coordinated with the marketing campaigns. • Working with local business owners to communicate performance and ensure strategy and focus is in line with business requirements and allocated budget. • Assist with forecasting and finding new opportunities. • Identifying and recruiting new affiliates. • Increasing performance of existing affiliates. • Identifying and recommending new traffic and channel opportunities.

• Extensive knowledge of the Spanish affiliate market. • Expert knowledge of affiliate network systems. • Expert knowledge of affiliate agencies and affiliate programmes. • Experience of running large-scale, multi-brand affiliate programmes. • Experience of search-engine marketing • Knowledge of the travel industry • Knowledge of third-party tracking tools • Understanding of HTML and XML feeds, Content Management Systems and RSS • Excellent communication skills • Be proactive, motivated and up-beat.
