Account Director - Medical Communications and Exhibitions

A superb opportunity to join an expanding design and exhibitions agency with clients in the Pharmaceutical industry. This agency are based in a charming location out of town and have grown consistently over the last few years despite the downturn.

They concentrate on a specific area of marketing, - Medical Communications, they design, build and implement exhibitions for an elite list of Bluechip clients.

Some of the key tasks will be,
• To be a key driver of growth, through managing client account and team to ensure clients are serviced to the standards that this company has set for their industry.
• Supporting CSD in the management and development of the Client Services team, through mentoring and development of team members
• To work closely with the CSD, Business Development Group, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to maximise opportunities to grow the business with both existing and new clients.
• Driving proposals that answer the client’s brief, objectives and expectations, resulting in successful conversions to projects.
