Job: Head of User Experience, Account|People

As the Head of Web User Experience Design you will lead and challenge the business status quo of this forward thinking global company while simultaneously injecting fresh and original thinking into the creation of user experiences. Primary responsibilities include: line management of the design team and associated resource, planning for all digital projects, setting up the user experience design department and processes, as well as usability testing and the establishment of in house usability facilities. Leadership experience, setting up and managing a new team along with project management and planning skills are expected. This role would suit a successful web design practitioner with previous experience in IA, design and project delivery at a senior level in either an agency or consultancy environment. Any financial experience would be an advantage.
