Job: Head of Digital, The Little Black Book Agency

Head of Digital – Notts/Lincs Border - £45,000

Highly respected and much-loved national environmental charity is looking to expand their marketing team with the addition of a Head of Digital.

This position reports into the Director of Marketing and communications for the charity and will have three direct and four indirect reports, with overall responsibility for digital strategy, management, results and priority setting.

You will have proven experience of leading a substantial digital team, with specific attention to search, display, affiliates and email to deliver acquisition results, rich media to deliver strong online communications and generally creating engaging online experiences to promote and maintain supporter relationships. You will have a marketing qualification and/or experience within a blue-chip marketing environment.

Of great importance is your ability to lead and manage the digital team, as well as the management of internal client relationships (including education of and buy-in for the digital cause) and the ability to lead organisation-wide change. You will have an instinctive feel for brands, consumers and communications, and have a strong understanding of e-marketing analytics, usability, visual identity and editorial style.
