Job: Digital Account Director, The Little Black Book Agency

Account Director – Manchester - £40-45k

Award winning digital pure-play shop is looking for an Account Director to join their team, working on one of their main accounts and a variety of project-based work.

You will be an experienced Account Director, having worked in a digital agency or on purely digital accounts within an integrated agency (the company will, however, consider a senior SAM, who is ready to take the next step to AD level). You will have worked on project-based and retained client work for large brands across a range of digital marketing disciplines (not just design and build).

You will have man management experience and be used to directing and managing junior account staff, project managers and producers on accounts worth in excess of £0.5m turnover (preferably £1m).

This role also involves an element of business generation. You will be the most senior of account handling staff (after the CSD), and so will be responsible for following up leads and enquiries – converting them into pitches and eventually business.
