Digital Engagement Manager – Notts/Lincs Border - £30,000

Highly respected and much-loved national environmental charity is looking to expand their marketing team with the addition of a Digital Engagement Manager.

This position reports into the Head of Digital for the charity and will have three direct reports, with overall responsibility for Inspiring the public to value woods and trees through best practice use of Digital Technologies (website, e-marketing, social media, email and mobile).

You will act as Editor for the charity’s website, microsites and e-newsletter; ensuring they work as a coherent whole in terms of communications effectiveness, usability and editorial and visual identity standards.

You will have experience in using digital technologies to deliver outstanding communications and engagement results, with specific experience in:
- editing a content-rich website: ensuring the content works as a coherent whole; writing excellent online copy and editing the copy of others
- using website and email analytics as a source of consumer insight
- using rich media and interactivity to achieve effective communications and build relationships

You will be qualified to degree level, have a formal marketing qualification (eg CIM) and/or experience with blue chip employers. Experience of people management is also necessary.
