This role will be working at the centre of all services, working for the services organisation that looks after the brands interests in all the group companies – managing the financial assets in various companies, developing new business opportunities for the Group, together with maximising the value of the brand. As the Head of Creative Design you will You will be the driving creative force behind the brand, keep it fresh, positioning it ahead of the game and ensure that all start-up brands live up to this exciting brand heritiage. You will position the brand as a halo-brand driving effectiveness of all its incarnations and brand extensions around the globe at each and every consumer touch-point.. Keeping abreast of fast-paced developments in digital (e.g. web 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 mobile et al) & keep the brand at the cutting-edge of creativity via innovative vibrant creative design & brand marketing activity. The role is accountable for ensuring that the group heritage & brand extensions are as on-brand and on message as possible from a design perspective and contributes to enabling them to maintain their status as one of the world’s most respected brands. Your role will be challenge conventional thinking and to push the boundaries from a creative perspective. Functional responsibilities include: Driving the effectiveness of the Brand Design in meeting its key objectives. To connect customers to their companies as quickly as possible. Ensure customers experience the brand in a delightful manner. Drive customer recognition, registration, reward, loyalty and community with instant brand recognition & resonance. Thinking of creative and innovative ideas to attract and retain customers to brand. You will have proven experience of delivering innovation from a brand design perspective for a global brand and will have regard experience of writing brand style-bibles and brand guidelines as de rigueur.
