Role

As Account Manager you will work in a small team to play a key role in a vibrant, growing B2B agency. As Account Manager you will be responsible for client relationship management and project management for two of the agency’s key clients on a range of integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities as an Account Manager include:

Acting as the key day to day contact for clients and managing that relationship effectively to promote the Base One brand
Project managing marketing communications projects from briefing to implementation, writing clear and inspiring briefs, presenting creative work to the client and managing all job handling procedures
Managing other functions (creative, technical, search) to ensure that work is on brief, on time and on budget

Person specification

You must have significant experience as an account manager in an integrated or digital agency environment (ideally B2B). You will need to have a good general understanding of communications and marketing (ideally both online and offline) with strong client management and project management skills.
