He/she must be able to successfully manage and enhance a range of key relationships, both internally and externally. S/he is responsible for partnering with senior consultants across all China offices to; drive digital capability within teams, integrate digital into client work, support winning new business and ensuring us is known as a digital thought leader in China’s marketing industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Partner with Client Teams


 Partner with directors to ensure strong insight-based digital recommendations are weaved into client campaigns and new business proposals
 Develop top 20 influencer/channel list for key clients/practice. Facilitate an outreach plan (team-driven) that ensures us has the best relationships in the industry.
 Ensure we lead in client understanding of online sources and channels
 Deliver pricing support to directors to ensure commercial returns (esp. when using third-party services) for proposed digital programs.
 Make measurable contributions to the consultancy’s new business programs including; digital pipeline management, developing new business opportunities and participating in new business presentations/pitches. Help client teams to be self-sufficient in converting digital opportunities within one year.
 Contribute to Performance Appraisal process for peers, directors and subordinates

PRC international
More than 10 years digital experience
Preferred candidates from service firm
Local experience more than 2 years
