I have the proud responsibility of recruiting for probably one of the most exciting roles I've seen this year. I am currently looking for a consumer Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the strategy and delivery of the consumer marketing activity within a very creative business.

A leader in their field, my client delivers a consumer journey which is unrivalled. Through sheer success and growth they are now seeking to strengthen the operation by recruiting a Marketing Manager who will report directly into the Marketing Director.

No shrinking violets required!

You will have sleeves that roll up and a penchant for getting stuck in as well as the creative savvy to deliver high impact marketing activity that gets results. As part of a small team there will be the autonomy and free rein for the individual to make their mark and deliver outstanding marketing campaigns.

In return for what my client has to offer they request that the successful candidate can deliver throughout Marketing Communications, CRM, Online and Web. All of these disciplines are key to the position. You will be challenged with devising a robust central CRM programme through to delivering creative high impact online acquisition campaigns. The scope is never ending as the person can make the role their own.

You will be a hungry self starter with a wealth of knowledge and not afraid to get involved.
