Antal International has been fully established and operating in the China for 10 years, and has operated in international markets for 15 years. We now have a network of some 60 offices, and have ambitious expansion plans for our existing business of in Beijing & Shanghai (currently 100 consultants).

Antal is very well positioned in the China and has recently won some major contracts with leading Chinese and international companies. We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our Media team in business development roles.

The Role
•Selling both recruitment services to companies operating in Beijing (both low and high volume recruitment);
•Advising our portfolio of clients, and new clients on their recruitment needs;
•Developing complex recruitment solutions tailored to the requirements of individual clients, and then delivering these solutions with the very highest emphasis on service and quality;
•Working as an integral member of a team locally and in virtual teams across our office network to offer clients cross-border recruitment solutions which are truly unique to Antal;
•Developing business with existing and new clients using the tools and successes of the whole of the Antal International group;
•Contributing to your own and team profit centre’s ensuring targets and goals are reached;

The Person
•Either 3-5 years recruitment experience in the junior to mid management market, or 4-6 years industry experience;
•Educated to university level in a commercial discipline;
•Fluency English;
•A very positive, energetic, enthusiastic outlook on both work and life;
