Job: Regional Events Manager, Asia Pacific, Hudson Singapore

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established international bank that has major expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region as the #2 position for an extremely busy events management team who delivers up to 100 events per annum of varying sizes especially in the SEA region.

As the successful candidate for this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and managing key events including multi-track conferences, investment seminars, sponsored conferences, golf outings, sports sponsorships, high-level dinners, internal and hospitality events. This role also requires you to manage a team of up to three event planners and be part of a team that delivers flagship sports tournaments and forums from planning right through to execution.

You must bring to the table an outstanding track record in events management of minimum 7 years of planning large complex events ideally in either investment or private banking. Regional exposure in SEA events delivery experience combined with tangible relations with the hotels/venues/destination management companies will be an advantage for this role. A self-starter with excellent English communications skills in both formal and informal settings with the ability to multi-task and deliver to global quality standards are mandatory in order to succeed in this role.
