This is an unusual job. We know that this brand is going to be successful in Europe because it has already taken the UK market by storm. Your salary will start low but will rise to £100,000 plus with an “A” share equity stake in the company prior to the sale of the company in 3 or 4 years time when the earn out potential will be enormous. So this little seed today will net you a fortune tomorrow. Your partners can afford to be this generous. This is not the only company they own - their involvement would be purely advisory. So expansion and how much money is made in the rest of Europe would be purely down to you. Success would be rewarded immediately. Languages would be a help.
