Position: User Experience Architect (Team Leader)

User-Centred Design, Wireframes, Interaction Design, Information Architecture. My client is looking for someone who leads several accounts or a single large account, will be the lieutenant to the Head of UX, expert in UCD and practitioner of IA or Interaction Design, experience of leading others, very strong client facing, works well with other designers and developers etc., can deal with internal politics. This person will help lead the quality work my client produces. You will need less hand-holding and establish templates and working practices. You will stand in for the Head of UX when absent or busy. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a head of user experience role within an agency, but has evolved from a practitioner core and still loves making beautifully simple design solutions for clients.

You will have expertise in IA and interface design as well as a strong background in user requirements gathering and testing. You will provide guidance across the agency, in existing and new business, on all elements of user experience and user testing, including the facilitation of audience insight and requirements gathering, through a number of approaches as appropriate.
