This small team in London need a talented all-rounder. The digital designer must be excited about new digital applications and design, have the ability to think creatively and turn designs in to elegant compliant CSS and XHTML. The digital designer must be comfortable with the principles of branding, accessibility, information architecture, usability and user experience design.

The digital designer will have the following duties:

- Design and production of all digital projects on going provision of promotional online creative, e-mail campaigns & website updates.

- Liaising with internal clients to convert briefs in to effective digital content.

- React to insights provided by the web analyst to quickly adapt and build upon digital content to improve or maximise their value to the charity.

Essential skills of the digital designer include:
- Photoshop
- HTML
- CSS
- Flash
