You will undertake the day to day activities and to assist the Content Manager(s) in supplying content of the programmes (web content) and translations; working in conjunction with account team managing e-communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Content Manager in planning and trafficking content for the web portal
Project management of content publishing cycles
Chasing/managing content authors/sources for content delivery
Management of translation and localisation process
Delivery of project against budget and timelines
Client satisfaction via client feedback and questionnaire
Feedback via relevant agency staff
Development of projects after they have been agreed in terms of requirements and budget.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE:
Competency in web based content management systems or ability to learn quickly
Previous experience of HTML coding
Strong organisational and project management skills
Ideally a graduate with 1 - 2 years experience preferably in an agency environment in the communications industry
Experience of channel marketing preferable but not essential
Be familiar with the Office suite of programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have a reasonable understanding of and interest in the internet / web marketing
Numerate
Ability to multi-task to tight deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills at all levels
