The Role
This is an exciting and all encompassing position that takes in both the creative and production elements for a campaign. As Rich Media producer, you will be responsible for concepting, storyboarding and producing the work with a free reign on choosing the content, with emphasis on telling the story. Working in an established creative team your role will be integral to brainstorming and coming up with a theme or concept. Although working in Photoshop to bring a style and look to a project you won’t be responsible for flat interface design or any of the detailing on a project, purely the cool stuff!

+ Making it all happen. Seeing the big picture. Bringing all the pieces and personalities together toward a common goal: a movie that inspires, slick animation or illustration
+ You'll oversee the delivery of a mix of online projects from e-commerce, websites, email marketing and user generated 2.0 campaigns
+ Responsible for the generation of original concept interfaces for services and applications
+ Proficient to a high standard in Photoshop, Illustrator a bonus would be Flash, After Effects or Final Cut Pro
+ Communication skills: well versed at presenting work in a compelling and inspiring way
+ The ideal candidate will come from a similar creative agency with a focus on rich media creation

The Candidate
+ Previous agency experience is essential. Naturally you're comfortable in client facing roles, and working in a fast paced, creative environment.
+ Digital - experience managing advertising campaigns (rich and standard), microsites and email campaigns
+ Must be logical and analytical
+ Defining and projecting the projects scope, it’s plan and the resources involved
+ A proactive positive personality
+ Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
+ Key team player
+ Agency background is essential

Salary: £35k - £40k
