The Role
Your objective will be to create an effective range of in-store display solutions to maximise product visibility at the point of sale and understanding and delivering the sales strategy in conjunction with the marketing team. Working within a passionate and driven team, the Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for your own high profile product category in terms of its representation at grocery, high street, convenience and foodservice retailers, whilst managing a more junior member of the team.

You will be working in a range of disciplines such as Trade Communication and PR, range and space analysis, POS and fixture solutions development, promotion design and execution, shopper trends identification and retailer presentations.

The Person

We are looking for candidates with something special for this team, and we’d love to know why you stand out from the crowd.

You will need to have a background in Customer marketing, trade marketing or Category Management, if you can prove that you can excel in all three then we definitely want to talk to you.

You will be using your experience within the FMCG environment to create breakthrough ideas with the grocery and convenience retailers and will require and outgoing and creative personality, as well as the commercial and analytical ability to know and assess what difference your plans make to the overall sales objective.

We would love to hear about your successes in developing relationships with retail customers and internal departments and suppliers and just how you have won opportunities from insight and analysis as well as creativity.
