Job: Internal Communications Manager, Talent2 (Singapore)

The Client

One of the world's largest company in it's category within the financial sector, our client is currently serving more than 50 million customers across Asia Pacific, North America and Europe.

The Job:

§ The incumbent will be responsible to promote centralized/effective communication within the Singapore business and to raise the company's profile within the Bank.

§ Actively develop, implement and drive communications plan and initiatives within the various departments and business that are in compliance with the company's strategic objectives and standards.

§ Working collaboratively with Businesses, Group Corporate Affairs, HR and each department, you will manage consistent change management communications.

§ Ensure a high level of staff involvement/participation to add value to communications within

§ Ensure key messages are conveyed effectively through various communication channels.

The Candidate:

§ Must have prior work experience in an in-house internal communications position.

§ Track record and strong experience in change management communications

§ Able to work independently with minimal supervision

§ Ambitious, Strong Influencer, Creative problem solver, Exceptional communicator and Excellent Multi-tasker

§ Solid written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills

§ Degree in communications preferred.
