Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing in the US, the EMEA Marcomm Director will be responsible for rolling out the brand strategy and driving the development of integrated communications programs across the region, based on global priorities and country business requirements. He/She will drive the development and execution of world-class integrated communications programs that deliver on the Business building objectives and Brand positioning across product categories and countries.

Among all the other tasks, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Roll out brand related activities throughout the region, Driving the integration of brand strategy across all Consumer touch-points
  • Working closely with Regional Marketing Managers and the global marketing team, develop plans for integrated communications plans TTL, including advertising, digital, BTL and relationship marketing.
  • In partnership with Global Marketing communications team, manage the development and execution of integrated advertising and communications programs that can be leveraged across markets
  • Develops Effective Metrics Programs. Insure that every campaign has specific objectives and metrics that are tracked and captured to insure ROI and new learnings/insights

Candidate profile:

  • At least 10 years of Marcomm extensive background
  • Experience managing World-Class consumer brand. A solid Retail experience is required. Expertise in Consumer Electronics markets will be considered as a plus
  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix TTL including advertising, digital, promotion and in-store merchandising
  • Exceptional strategic, communications, presentation, interpersonal and team-oriented skills
  • Ability to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to influence cross functionally within Logitech
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, preferably one between French and German. Any other European language would be an asset
