Account Director - Search Team

The Company

The Role

The Account Director role will have a strategic, client facing focus, developing innovative digital media strategies encompassing SEO and PPC for clients. You will be in charge of an existing team of five search specialists and work across a small portfolio of clients from entertainment brands to huge financial institutions. The main functions of the role will also include;

Client account management for international and UK clients
Guidance on PPC and SEO techniques
Developing your team, including training, delegation, appraisals and recruitment of new staff
Upselling other services offered by the agency

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the techniques used in PPC and SEO and a proven ability to manage large £multimillion accounts.

You will currently be a Senior Account Manager or and existing Account Director looking for a step up into a large agency.
