Job: Global Lead - Search, Direct Recruitment

This is an exciting opportunity to join this performance driven digital marketing agency who are part of one of the big agency networks. It's an exciting time for them as they grow the business in Europe and they are certainly off to a fantastic start.

Working for this giant of a brand, you'll really need to be an experienced search marketing professional who has global search marketing experience and is used to operating at a senior level with clients.

You'll provide strategic direction for account operations and regional client execution. You'll need to develop relationships with head office and local markets; as well as lead a virtual team on the agency side. Great relationship skills with be paramount here!

Key requirements include:

-a wealth of experience performing search engine marketing and online advertising in a client facing role.

-Experience and understanding of basic search protocol, web analytics and optimization concepts with specific understanding of publisher offerings (google, yahoo etc.)

-Strong understanding of technical implications for SEO and site architecture

-Strong understanding and proven experience managing key world strategy across languages with multi language support

-Basic HTML and dynamic web development

-Detail orientated, strong presentation skills and project management skills

-Excellent communication skills

-Like to have fun, value team collaboration and working with others
