DigForFireDMG is looking for a passionate and ambitious Account Director to grow and manage key accounts. They will hit the ground running, taking full ownership and accountability of the day-to-day running of key accounts and drive through projects to successful completion, as well as managing the account team members.
The ideal candidate is a hard worker willing to put in extra time and effort while being part of a casual and fun working environment. They will be a good all-rounder: detail oriented and organized, able to handle multiple projects at once with effective time management, and hold a positive attitude and people skills that make clients smile!
To apply for this role you must have extensive Digital experience, ideally gained from a technical background, and be comfortable talking at a technical level with clients. You will be on top of your game, continuing to learn and develop your digital skills at every opportunity.

Main responsibilities include:
- Handle the day to day management of multiple client projects to meet client needs and time expectations
- Handle client feedback including objections and change management
- Analyze campaign data to provide post-campaign analysis recommendations to clients
- Experience in writing effective creative briefs
- Develop appropriate cost estimates and manage budgets for client campaigns/activities
- Responsible for the financial status of accounts, monthly financial reporting, and managing client billing
- Spearhead client meetings, presentations and account review sessions.
- Provide strategic, creative and tactical input to clients, pitches, proposals and presentations
- Identify new business prospects within the account and develop leads, and identify account growth opportunities
- Responsible for direct line management of team members
Qualifications, knowledge and experience:
- At least 8 years of digital experience
- Ideally account management experience within a creative agency, but other management experience in a digital environment will also meet requirements
- Project Management skills and experience of MS project
- Experience of using software such as visio or axure
- Technical knowledge – An understanding of xhtml/css, database driven applications, php/mysql, building websites, mobile
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience handling social media campaigns beneficial
