Job: Digital Account Manager, Purple Consultancy

A full service, city centre agency with a very high profile on the digital scene. Plenty of opportunity for progression and development. Very financially stable.

The Account Manager will provide efficient and profitable management of existing and new client accounts.

The Account Manager will be experienced in Building long term client relationships to support agency growth

The Account Manager will also be working in tandem with creative and technical and media departments to develop our service offering and add value for the agencies clients

You will be supporting the Client Services Director to build the agency profile and demonstrate the real value of their service offering to new and existing clients. You will also:

* Have sole responsibility for a number of existing accounts and support to the Client Services Director and Account Director on larger accounts

* Deliver excellent client service

* Development and management of strong relationships with both new and existing clients

* Collation of clear and insightful briefs - both internally and externally

* Negotiation and profitable management of client fees and budgets

The Account Manager will have Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - across all levels both internally and externally

With agency experience, you will have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks successfully- and have a sound commercial awareness.

You will have a good general understanding and awareness of all media channels, and good all round knowledge of digital marketing including web design & build
