Excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial and tenacious Managing Director with proven success in growing small businesses to take the helm at this stunning high end photographic studios/events venue. This is a rare chance to strategically direct and grow an established business - the right candidate will be given ample rein to run it as their own, to bring the business up to fulfil it's full potential - and with a view to the development of new revenue streams in the future. The company is an established hi-end photographic studios and event space, with excellent facilities. They have a high profile client base boasting top names in fashion, media and events. There is however room for growth in both arenas - and beyond... This is not a 'behind the desk' role - they're looking for a strong networker who is hands-on and wants to be out there at the forefront of driving a business forward.

You'll need to have proven ability to run a business with a bottom line focus. You'll be able to see the opportunities in the market, and maximise on them. You'll be an excellent networker, able to win and retain existing and new business, to lead from the front, creating the right level of buzz and interest in this competitive market place. You'll also be a strong leader to your venue-based team.

This great opportunity is looking for a special candidate - who will need to be able to demonstrate the following.

- Proven track record in developing small businesses

- Has worked at MD level (and had full P&L responsibility)

- Entrepreneurial approach

- Strong proven strategic business abilities

- Strong understanding of sales & marketing

- Strong networker

- Background within venue, events, photography, hotels or ideally some combination

Salary offered is £50-75k dependent on experience with attractive bonus. Generous equity offer available.
