Senior Brand Consultant

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading brand consultancy.
As a senior consultant, you will be the intellectual lead on projects and act as an advisor to the client. Hence the quality of your strategic thinking is critical as well as your ability to build strong relationships with board-level clients. You will also be responsible for developing our client’s IP and for winning business from new and existing clients as follows:

Drive projects

• You will capture and understand the client’s issues and accurately articulate and frame the problem
• You will design the approach (high-level process) that effectively and efficiently delivers the solution to the problem
• You will manage and drive the project direction from a strategic perspective.
• You will brief, lead and motivate their multi-disciplinary team
• You will regularly review their core offer and recommend how it should evolve
• You will have a point of view on industries and topics relevant to their clients
• You will regularly write articles or papers that capture our client’s insight on relevant topics and seek opportunities to get these published or presented at industry conferences

Deliver revenue

• You will lead on the identification, qualification and the winning of new business in line with their overall objectives
• You will identify and create opportunities with your existing clients for incremental revenue.
• You will lead new business pitches: Creating and writing, in conjunction with the overall team, compelling and winning proposals and resentations.

You:-

You will have a background which will have probably involved some time in consultancy, also client side brand development, perhaps brand consultancy.

We are interested in someone who would probably enter our client’s business as a mid-weight consultant (say £55 - £60K + benefits) or a more experienced consultant at up to £80K base.
