Leading creative agency is looking for an Account Director to lead a flagship piece of media sector business. The ideal candidate will have come from a strong ATL advertising background, but will also be interested in digital technology and new trends. You will be confident in managing a large account with a loose report into the head of department, taking charge of strategic and creative decisions, developing large multi-platform campaigns, and rolling up your sleeves in a flat-structured environment where there is very little junior support. The agency has a grown-up and down-to-earth culture, and is highly awarded and creatively driven.
