You will develop strategic marketing plans to deliver channel budget and to increase channel awareness within the UK. You will be responsible for increasing consultant activity, reduce attrition and increase host loyalty. You will improve the party experience, consultant operating standards, and overall customer experience. This will be acheived by developing and utilizing key channel insight to ensure business plan and marketing plan appropriateness to the existing customer base and to ensure significant growth and segment expansion for the future. You will work on strategic development plans including initiatives such as Virtual Advocate; consultant segmentation and specialist consultants. Key objectives will also include becoming the best in class direct selling business in the UK, in terms of party experience and customer service and to eliminate the stigma of direct selling and evolve the business to best of class

CANDIDATE

Ideally you will have extensive marketing experience, preferably with a mix of experience in both a retail environment and with full exposure to direct selling. A good understanding of customer trends and market dynamics is essential as is an excellent understanding of the dynamics of the Direct selling industry. A team player you will have excellent project management experience and enjoy all aspects of working independantly and as part of a team
