Our agency client has a plethora of major international clients across the fashion retail, telecommunication, banking, business information and FMCG sectors. Their clients rely on them to create and produce great work in double quick time that will be delivered around the world.
The agency has a culture of autonomy and requires Digital Account Managers to be diligent and client sensitive, whilst working to ensure that the agency's processes are upheld and that the clients that you work with tow the line in terms of following the agency protocol.
Your work will be really varied - working across several accounts and maintaining a very close working relationship with your internal Project Management team and the client's own points of contact. One week you'll be managing a detailed quarterly banner campaign with multiple executions, next it will be DEP's and microsites.
