The Role

With the ambition of putting the customers at the heart of our business efforts, you will develop the vision for a unique consumer loyalty programme and a centralised contact strategy. Your main responsibility will be to direct the development of a global CRM competence centre and create a groundbreaking loyalty programme that drives engagement with the brand.

The Person

You have previously created a CRM vision and strategy for a global brand and aligned data points in one shared databsae system. You will use the knowledge gained from data mining to deliver programmes that build a loyal consumer base on a global basis. You will need to have a relevant university degree or MBA (or equivalent) supported by brand marketing experience at senior level. Personally you will need an analytical mindset, financial acumen, natural consumer affinity and strong personal drive.
