Creative Director – Digital – Excellent Agency – Central London – £70-80k+

Fast growing, pitch winning, central London shop is looking for a Digital Creative Director with excellent digital capabilities either freelance or permanent.

Your role will be to lead the digital creative output of the agency delivering effective and award-winning solutions for their clients.

You will be there to direct, be learnt from, come up with strategic digital solutions, generating great ideas and implementing them in the most effective way.

This will be the core of your responsibilities.

Your remit will also cover the operational management of the agency’s creative and  design departments to ensure the work gets done and you will have a handle on; departmental and budgetary control. Although this is very much a secondary element of your role.

Working effectively with the wider agency creative team and acting as creative digital lead on group projects, you will additionally work closely with the agency’s Group Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

• Origination of conceptual ideas and overseeing design implementation
• Recruitment, management and development of creative team members
• Leading digital creative responses on all new business initiatives / pitches
• Definition and adherence to fiscal targets

You will also represent the agency in the wider digital community on creative issues,  champion creative excellence and innovation, both internally and with the agency’s  clients.
