We are currently looking to recruit a Retention Marketing Manager to work closely with our Head of Retention on the development and execution of a range of plans tasked at the improvement of our retention ratios and our up sell ratios.

Job Purpose

  • Develop and execute plans to improve customer persistency specifically:
  • Improving save ratio of retention team
  • Executing proactive retention activity
  • Improving the renewal suite of letters
  • Developing plans to optimise retention processes on CDL
  • Develop and execute up sell plans to deliver income per policy (IPP) targets by:
  • Executing activities to up sell new and existing ancillaries through DM/OB/Emails
  • Executing plans with operations team to deliver up sell activity through retention, customer service and 3rd party partners

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience within CRM/customer retention (essential)
  • Experience of working with call centre management (essential)
  • Development of inbound and outbound telemarketing campaigns (desirable)
  • Development of DM campaigns (desirable)
  • IDM certificate or diploma (desirable)
  • Understanding of the insurance market (desirable)

SKILLS

  • Exceptional analytical skills – able to sort the wheat from the chaff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills – equally comfortable dealing with both call centre agents and senior management
  • Strong commercial acumen – a numbers driven marketer with a keen focus on the bottom line
  • Good project manager – able to deliver a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Leadership – a natural leader who inspires confidence
