Reporting into the Senior Reporting Analyst, the Reporting Analyst role will work with the flagship telecoms client of this successful CRM Consultancy.
As a virtual member of the client's Customer Insight Team you will be responsible for the delivery and development of monthly MI reports for their consumer and business customers. The role is to deliver timely, high quality and insightful reports covering customer behaviour, base makeup and profiles.
Skill Requirements
*Solid grounding in a marketing or CRM environment
*Graduate calibre in a relevant Science Discipline such as Maths, Statistics or Operational Research
*Proven commercial experience of SAS Base and Macros
*Experience of Microstrategy for developing reports
*Proven commercial experience of VBA within Excel
*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Personal Qualities
Need to be:
*Able to proactively make recommendations to improve the reporting function
*Able to deal effectively and credibly with peers in the CRM Insights team and also with senior people in the marketing community
*A motivated self-starter - the individual must be keen and able to contribute within an expanding agency environment
*Able to work as part of a team
*Able to generate original solutions to client problems, and feel comfortable expressing their opinion
*Comfortable working within a lively and fun office environment
