Job: Online CRM Manager, Direct Recruitment

If you dream of working in the music industry then you will love working here! This is an exciting chance to join a newly formed international team managing their CRM activity. Whilst you'll have an excellent knowledge of data, segmentation and using insight to develop creative and engaging communication strategies - you'll also have a real passion and plenty of experience in digital too.

In this role you'll work largely on the email marketing programme but also be leading the way with search and social networking. You'll understand how to use online marketing to generate new customers and how to engage people online.

Extensive online and CRM experience is needed for this role, together with commercial acumen, knowledge of silver pop and web analytics packages such as Omniture. You'll have developed digital marketing plans before and be confident working across multiple stakeholders.
