Job: Internal Communications Manager – Retail, 3 mobile

All about the role

We’re a constantly changing organisation with over 300 UK stores, so communicating to everyone can be a challenge. But it’s one you’ll thrive on. You’ll manage the news and information that impacts our Retail teams, and find the best way to get these messages out to them. At the same time, you’ll be managing a team of two, giving them the support they need to grow and develop. It’s a very visible role – how well we communicate with our teams directly affects how we do as a business.

All about you

You could be working in-house or you might be agency side, but you’ll definitely bring plenty of internal communications and retail experience in a really fast-paced, commercial, environment. We’re looking for a strong editor – you’ll be able to take lots of information and turn it into something that makes sense without losing any of the important stuff. You’ll also need to bring excellent online, writing and organisational skills. If you have all of that and you’ve managed a team before, this is a great opportunity to make your mark.
