You will be responsible for:
Your role as a Franchisee
- Exclusive management of specific geographical territory
- Focusing on winning clients both within the defined territory or from his/her own personal network of contacts, wherever they may be
- Developing client relationships, offering continuity to clients
- Delivering consultancy projects
- Acting as project manager for clients' tactical requirements, earning a mark-up for this role
- Bringing other franchisees into client work where specific
- Sector experience is required
- Selling your sector expertise to other franchisees
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the nxo brand
About the Person:
You will have excess experience working in marketing at senior management level or above, either client-side or agency based.
You will have up to £35,000 to personally invest in this Franchise Opportunity.
You will:
Be commercial, be strategic, be a team player, be a people person, be autonomous, be a strong communicator/interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, have an aptitude for change, have a positive outlook, want to achieve.
Ideally, you will be educated to degree level with evidence of continuous professional development e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification, MBA etc. You will enjoy and want to stay working in marketing. You will ideally have broad previous experience in a range of marketing specialism's e.g. marketing strategy and planning, branding, design, print, PR, promotions, direct marketing, market research, exhibitions& events, new media. And you will preferably have some business development/sales/account management experience. You will also have the ability to apply your skills into other market sectors.
