Role Summary:
To lead all Global marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
To be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies in line with company objectives.
To evaluate customer research, competitor data and lead change accordingly
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the complete marketing mix.
To develop and implement new advertising, activation platforms, promotional plans in-conjunction with the relevant regional CEO’s to ensure objectives are met.
Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
To manage all aspects of print production and distribution.
To drive the PR plan.
To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
To lead potential strategic partner relationships.
Relationships and Roles:
To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
To build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Experience Required:
Approximately 5-7 years of marketing experience .
Experience with a company in a related company sector.(customer service and consumer led)
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Digital experience ideal.
A strong understanding of consumer research
Sales experience in a customer service led-environment.
Preferably experience managing a franchise operation.
If applicable, a willingness to travel and work in a global team of professional
