The primary focus is to identify and secure new business from within their existing client base, which includes major organisations and offers huge scope for growth. Proven new business development/sales experience within marketing/media services is essential. .

Working with the directors you will be required to proactively develop and implement their new business activity.

This role requires:
· A tenacious, driven individual with a proven record of success in new business/sales within marketing / communications services agency (3+years experience)
· Understanding of marketing and sales communications processes, BTL, digital and channel marketing, on and offline
· Development of contact database
· Capability to target and generate new leads by market investigation and research
· Ability to make initial contact with clients, participate in plan and pitch and close the deal
· First class written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent presenting and negotiating skills at board level
· Good time management and planning
· Ability to establish and nurture clients and build strong relationships
