We are looking of an undervalued Account Director who is fed up with hearing excuses about pay or lack of it. This agency always had the reputation of being the best payer in West London and nothing has changed in recessional times. They believe that to get the best people and by that we mean potential Board Directors, then pay the most. They are right of course whilst others cough and splutter when you bring up the tricky subject of money at interview these people look you in the eye and offer great deals with real prospects. In recessional times it always becomes MORE apparent which idols have clay feet. Your boss maybe? If a company pays well then they will always access the best account servicers. This is what has happened in this case. It also means that the best people retain the best clients and this is the very reason why this agency is doing so well in a recession. We hate to keep banging on about money. Lets talk about something else. Like the fact that if you employ the best people you as an agency will get the best reputation. This agency is a gemstone.
