Job: Senior Interactive Developer, TBWA TEQUILA

A leadership role in articulating strong visions and strategies, as well as overall group oversight, project direction and design advocacy. To be a mentor and guide, providing support for members of the development team, the creative team and producers.

Responsibilities:-
• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology.
• Maintain and modify programs, make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic and coding changes.
• Working closely with the team on any queries relating to programming. 

Requirements:-
• Have a balanced understanding of strategy, research, usability, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience and practical expertise in both Product User Interface
• Relevant years of professional experience with digital media
• Strong skills in PHP 5, MySQL5 administration and SQL scripting, Linux systems and command-line scripting as well as Apache2 web server administration.
• Experience in Java programming (SDK and web programming for Tomcat 5), HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Knowledge of non-flash web development platforms a plus e.g. Microsoft.NET
• Have strong communications skills
