A great opportunity for an brilliant Account Director to join a successful creative consultancy, specialising in alcohol FMCG and Cigarettes, and branding. My client's teams include design, branding, packaging, and strategy among others enabling their clients to draw on a range of creative services. With international offices they are expanding and looking to work with the best of the best. My client is part of a much larger structure, however you will never feels as though you are a small part - you will play an integral part of the running of the 2nd most important client - an Alcohol client that requires the very best service. My client offers the Account Director a very appealing bonus structure that really is the icing on the cake!

Your key responsibilities will include: Client service and revenue generation ensuring clients receive best practice service and ensure that all projects are delivered profitably. Project Management / Pro-actively and continuously manage communication between client and team Client Development Identify any opportunities to Client Director to expand project and build business with clients. You will primarily focus on the smooth running of the FMCG Alcohol account as well as potentially working on other accounts - a recently won cigarettes account being most likely.

You will discuss strategy and be able to hit the ground running. Having knowledge of design is important. This is a great new role for a personable and client driven Account Director.

You will be a Strategic thinker - brand and market awareness. Excellent presentation skills - ability to articulate concepts if creative's are not present in meeting.

Able to think on their feet and challenge client. Excellent time management skills - ability to delegate and manage large complex projects Strong negotiating skills Understanding of production and print. Solution finder not problem advisor. Enthusiastic and resourceful with ability to form good team relationships

Strong financial management. Having worked in a stunning Packaging agency will be essential - Alcohol / Cigarettes are a bonus - FMCG is essential.
