  Amazing and strong leadership skills – with proven CD track record – someone who has charisma and can engage with, and motivate people ·         VERY talented with awards mandatory – possibly someone who is on the cusp of making a name for themselves or already has

·         Someone happy to come to NZ and work in a hybrid agency and solidify their reputation – huge opportunities to do some cool creative stuff

·         Someone fresh and innovative 

·         Direct response and digital experience (someone who does really get digital) but far more holistic than just that – more of the modern integrated thinker who understands all media channels 

·         Strong conceptor – either writer or art director based

·         Must be very smart strategically

·         Must have a great ‘aesthetic’ eye – so may not be an art director but understands great looking ad’s/design etc
