This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious results driven digital expert to join a leading blue chip organisation and drive the success of a significant UK B2C website.

A strategic thinker, you’ll get to the heart of your audiences behaviour, understanding what makes them tick and the decisions they are making. This insight will lead you to develop digital marketing strategies to drive quality traffic, retain users and fundamentally make purchasing decisions.
Working throughout the customer cycle you’ll plan campaigns to attract customers through direct routes including email, search and affiliate campaigns. You’ll optimise sites, devising and implementing online strategies, raising product awareness and ecommerce / quoting services. User Experience will be at the forefront of your mind to ensure clear, effective and enjoyable online experiences allowing easy access to content, which in return will reap rewards.

This is a senior level role with responsibility. We are looking for candidates offering a wealth of digital experience gained in the successful delivery / management of significant online projects. This could be a great move for agency experienced candidates looking to move in-house or alternatively somebody who has brought success to leading web products.

In return you can expect a salary of £40k - £45k basic plus an excellent benefits package and working conditions.
