Salary: £70,000 pa

With your strong commercial awareness you will secure new business, build our reputation, drive brand awareness, manage existing relationships and add value to a truly worthwhile organisation. This role has the full range from initial customer contact through to contributing at the highest level of the wider Guinness Care & Support business as a key part of our executive team.

We’re looking for someone with experience of B2B and B2C development. Someone who has managed tenders in their entirety, managed clients and direct customers, and worked in the social or health care sector. Ideally educated to degree level, you will be able to direct and deliver large projects, work to tight deadlines, develop contract management processes and communicate at board level.
